BWRT®

What can it help with?

BWRT® stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® and this new and highly successful therapy can help with many problems where psychological factors are involved. If you are suffering with some form of anxiety, or if you are struggling in some aspect of your life, then BWRT® may be the therapy you have been waiting for. In my experience it is faster than other therapies, effective with many psychological problems, and you need not even share your private thoughts for it to work. Some of the more common areas we are consulted about include:

There are many more that BWRT® can help with, so if you can't see what you're looking for in that list, just give us a call and ask.

From the comfort of your own home

We see many clients in person at our clinics in Norfolk and Kent, but one of the best things about BWRT® is that sessions can often be held using online video such as Skype, Zoom or FaceTime. So if you prefer, most problems can be worked on without you even having to leave home.

BWRT® stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. Like many other modern therapies, it allows a core of privacy so that you do not have to divulge anything you would rather not talk about. In fact, the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is a completely new and different therapy based on the latest discoveries about the way the brain works and how it affects our moods, behaviour and emotions. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at https://www.bwrt.org.
