I am a fully qualified, registered and experienced BWRT® Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Life Coach. I am able to help you with a wide range of problems including:

• stress, anxiety, confidence issues, goal achievement, fears, phobias and many other psychological problems
• psychosexual problems
• weight management
• some physical problems that may have a psychological aspect (e.g. hypertension and IBS)
• life coaching (if you are looking for a new direction in life but are not quite sure what to do or how to approach it

Background and Professional Memberships

After many years working in the IT industry in a variety of very stressful roles, I decided to turn that experience into something more meaningful - a career change that would be rewarding to me, and more importantly would be beneficial to others.

I now work in full time practice as a BWRT® Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Life Coach in Norfolk, and am currently working exclusively online. I am an Accredited Mentor, Examiner and Supervisor with the Terence Watts BWRT Institute, and an Accredited Supervisor with the APHP and the GHR. I am also an authorised BWRT trainer (BWRT Traning East Anglia) and run my own hypnotherapy training school (EICH Norfolk), as well as being the Ethics Officer on the Board of the APHP and a Director of the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations.

Training and Qualifications

I am a Registered Accredited BWRT Practitioner and have diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy (DHP), Advanced Hypnoanalytic Therapy, Advanced Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Dip.CBH), and Supervision. I also have a Specialisation Diploma in working with Psychosexual Disorders.

I am a Registered SymbioDynamics® Consultant, LifeMapper® and Life Coach and I continually attend workshops and classes, studying a variety of therapeutic techniques, including: Advanced Stress Management, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Advanced Analytical Hypno-Psychotherapy and Hypno-CBT®.

Your Peace of Mind

As an accredited member of the Terence Watts Institute of BWRT and Fellow of the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) I am bound by the code of ethics of both organsiations. I am also a Senior Practitioner member of the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register), and an accredited member of the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy).

As with all registered professional therapists I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.
